Cancellation Policy

We require fourteen days notice of cancellation otherwise cancellation charges will apply.

In the event of ‘no show’ the accommodation will be charged.

When you book any holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you have to cancel or cut short your holiday for whatever reason, then under the law you will be liable for any cancellation charges we may have to make. In your best interests, we therefore strongly advise you to take out holiday and cancelled booking insurance to safeguard your holiday.

On confirmation of the reservation we will enclose a GUESTFIRST form, which we have found to offer comprehensive cover at a very reasonable cost, and which includes cancellation protection in the event that you are forced to cancel or curtail your holiday for reasons beyond your control (including redundancy).

For peace of mind, simply complete the enclosed GUESTFIRST form, and return it with the appropriate insurance premium per person to the address given.

Your GUESTFIRST certificate of insurance will then be sent to you immediately.
