This well presented bungalow is set in a tranquil location on the Dorset coast. With its own driveway and parking area, it is surrounded by a very pretty enclosed garden. The bungalow is set on the perimeter of The Pines Hotel and its grounds. From the hotel you have wonderful panoramic sea views to Swanage bay.
Fabulous coastal walks are also right on your doorstep. The property consists of entrance porch, large open plan living room with large dining table, patio doors to enclosed garden, well equipped kitchen, double bedroom with basin, twin bedded room, walk in shower with toilet.

- Low Season …….. £690 per week – January – March inclusive, November – December excluding Christmas
- Mid Season ……… £1095 per week – Easter, April – May & October
- High Season ……. £1495 per week – June – September and Christmas & New Year
Booking
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required in order for us to confirm your holiday. Full payment is required four weeks prior to arrival. Any outstanding amounts owed (ie. additional meals taken, hotel drinks, afternoon tea etc) will need to be paid on the morning of departure. Cancellation insurance is available. Arrival time is from 3:30pm and departure by 10:30am. Saturday – Saturday in season. Out of season Monday – Friday and Friday – Monday. Short breaks are 66.6% of full weekly price.
It is a condition of acceptance that the tenants will compensate the proprietors for any damage or loss caused by them and leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition.
